Jujutsu Kaisen is a Shonen manga series released in 2020. The genre this anime follows is dark fantasy, supernatural, adventure etc. The best thing about this series is its animation because its animation was done by none other than the Mappa studio. And the characters in this series are totally badass and supercool and every character have their own distinctive superpower. In this anime, the story starts from a character who is a high school student Yuji Itadori who happens to eat the finger of a cursed demon Sukuna and then in some dire circumstance he has to join a high school called Jujutsu High and later finds that the school is secret organization of Jujutsu Sorcerers. The people of that schools are specialized in eliminating curses and also the curse Ryomen Sukuna of whom Yuji becomes the host.

In Jujutsu Kaisen all living beings posses some energy called curse energy. This curse energy comes from the negative emotions that flows throughout the body without letting normal beings to know about it. As a result, normal beings continuously loses curs e energy and in some cases results n the birth of curses. Curses are shown as monsters ghosts and Yokai whose primary goal is to harm humanity.

In this anime, due to Sukuna's evil nature and intentions, all sorcerers wants to exorcise Sukuna immediately by killing Yuji Itadori. But due to Yuji retaining control over his body and by not letting Sukuna to take over. Satoru Gojo, the teacher in Jujutsu High decides to bring Yuji to the Tokyo Prefectural High School with a proposal to his masters. He asks them to postpone Yuji's death and train him under the supervision of Gojo Satoru until Yuji consumes all the fingers of Sukuna, so eliminating his curse just at once.

Just at that instant of time, on the other side, a group of cursed spirits plans a multi-layered attack on the Jujutsu world. The Kyoto principal wants Yuji dead at once in an event between Kyoto and Tokyo Jujutsu schools. But a fellow student Nobara Kugisaki sides with Gojo to keep Yuji alive.

Jujutsu Kaisen is composed and represented by Gege Akutami. The series began in Shueisha's Week after week Shonen Bounce magazine on Walk 5, 2018. It's parts ae gathered and distributed by Shueisha into individual tankobon volumes. The main volume was publshed on July 4, 2018. As of December 2, 2022, 21 volumes have been delivered.

Shueisha started to simulpublish the series in English on the application and the application and site Manga In addition to in January 2019. Viz Media distributed the initial three parts for its Kick off drive. In Walk 2019, Viz Media reported the print arrival of the series in North America. The main volume was distributed on December 3, 2019. As the December 20, 2022, 18 volumes have been delivered.
